It is hard to believe that the swim season is almost over.

We are so proud of Pepper.

She has really worked hard this year. She is such an amazing swimmer. She really is beautiful to watch. I will try and get Darren to upload some videos of her swimming.

Region competion was Saturday and it was fun for us as Richfield was the hosting team.

Each swimmer can only swim two individual events and can be on two relay teams.

E1 first swam the 200 medley relay (she swims the breast-stroke). Her team won the event and also set a new school record.
She then swam the 200 Individual Medley event (butterfly, back, breast, free) and also won this event.
Next she swam on the 200 Freestyle relay. Her team won this event as well.
Finally, she swam the 100 Breast stroke and won this event by about 8 seconds.

We are pretty proud of our Pepper!

Both the boys and the girls teams won the Region title.

Next is state competition at the BYU pool on the first Friday and Saturday in February. GO PEPPER!
