N had a blast with his buddies at the Pinewood Derby today. He took second place with his BYU blue car. This was the EXACT place we were hoping for.... (good enough that your kid isn't bummed out but not so good that you have to kill yet another Saturday as the winner advances to the Regional race... in fact one dad put it this way... "Only at the Pinewood Derby does the winner really lose"... HA)
E2 helped launch the cars and E3 helped at the finish line. If I would have known E3 would be helping at the end I would totally have dressed her "Grease" style with capri's and a scarf tied around her neck... like this... but cuter.
